Governor Pleased

‎"What they did here in Green Bay with the leadership of their school board and superintendent I think is a good thing," said Gov. Scott Walker, R-Wisconsin. "They can recognize it's much better having control over their own destiny and it's much better to have a handle on that so they can protect jobs. They can prevent massive layoffs and they can ultimately protect the kids. To me that showed people who are willing to put the kids ahead of compensation. I think it's a good thing. That's what we need to do statewide."
