This is an important part of the meeting where Congressman Duffy follows Congressman Paul's QE 2 questions and gets Bernanke to admit that there is a QE 3 coming... and that it will be "not printing money" but "creating money in reserves of the banking system" (like there is some difference in how it is done. It is created out of thin air).
