"Gov. Scott Walker says he plans on winning if there is a recall election against him, but he’s not afraid of losing.
Walker made the comments today during an appearance at the Washington-based conservative think tank the American Enterprise Institute.
Walker again said he thought it was a mistake not to lay out his arguments better in advance for effectively ending collective bargaining for most state workers last year that helped spur the recall effort. But he says he stands by the law change and says it has helped put the state and local governments on better financialfooting.
Organizers need 540,208 signatures by Jan. 17 to force a recall later this year.
Walker says he thinks the election will be sometime in June."
