Bank Sues City of Stevens Point

"Mall owner Valley Bank took the first step toward suing Stevens Point when it filed a claim Monday afternoon for $2.86 million with the city. The claim alleges that the city blocked its efforts to run CenterPoint MarketPlace as a mall, citing the city's plans to redevelop the property and its announcement to condemn the mall as evidence."
